Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, on a server in Germany. The server processes technically necessary data, including IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log data is deleted after six months unless longer retention is necessary to investigate misuse or security incidents.
Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established.
Contact form, email and phone
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message in order to handle your request. Form data is encrypted in transit to our server and forwarded to the practice mailbox. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to pre-contractual steps; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries are deleted six months after they have been resolved unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require longer storage.
Please do not submit health information through the contact form. If you nevertheless send health information, we process it only to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry; please use the practice’s agreed communication channels for medical matters.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, marketing or social-media cookies, audience measurement or advertising pixels.
Maps (Google Maps)
A Google Maps map can be loaded on the contact page. No data is sent to Google before you actively click “Load map”. After the click, Google receives your IP address and processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and can be withheld by not loading the map. Details are available in Google’s privacy policy.
Recipients
We use IONOS SE as a processor for hosting. If you load the map, Google Maps is an independent recipient. Other recipients receive data only where necessary to handle an enquiry, comply with a legal obligation or enforce our rights.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your rights, email contact@aestusberlin.de.
Right to lodge a complaint
