Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner). Technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page) is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established.

Online booking (Doctolib)

For online appointment booking you are redirected to Doctolib. The privacy policy of Doctolib GmbH applies. Add details once the integration is in place.

Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and your message) solely to handle your request. The data is transmitted encrypted to our own server in Germany and forwarded to our practice email address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not submit sensitive health data via the form. The data is deleted once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Maps (Google Maps)

On the contact page we embed a map from Google Maps. The map only loads after you actively click "Load map" - no data is transmitted to Google before that. When loaded, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). For details, see Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
